Curriculum
AIDLC has adopted the "The Investigator Club" curriculum, which is a culturally rich, fully integrated preschool curriculum that focuses on ten critical domains of learning, including:
Literacy
Math
Science
Social studies
Oral language
Social Emotional development
Creative arts
The Investigator Club is a Maryland state approved curriculum aligned with Early Reading First, Head Start Child Outcomes, and NAEYC “Learning to Read and Write”.
Another Inspired Day Learning Center is devoted to each child reaching their developmental and educational milestones. The Investigator Club Curriculum assessments tool, provides ample teacher guidance and support to continually assess each child, plan for differentiated instruction based on assessment data, and implement this plan to meet the needs of all children.
We also include in our daily routine a Christian curriculum called The Beginner’s Bible Curriculum that integrates faith based activities within our core lessons.
